Unfortunately the standard is across the board low for gyms like this. The cardio area is generally good, which large number machine. The cable machines are setup odd. You can't find 2 of the same kind, so if you like to train on a specific machine and someone is sitting on it good luck finding another one similar. Unfortunately for me I really wanted to use the pool, the pool is hugged by a bunch of old women just simply chilling for hours and and if you're trying to get in and do a quick lap and get out good luck.
