Their *********** is never working. Its honestly shameful. I spoke with the manager and she told me they are just waiting on an item to come in to fix the ** and the item has been in the waiting for well over 7 weeks. Unacceptable, its so hot, muggy, smelly. Its disgusting

I have been trying to cancel my LA Fitness membership... because we moved away from a nearby gym. My wife was able to call and cancel hers because when we signed up we had different last names.But when I call (and email)... I am being told I have to go in person. Kind of frustrating and shows a real lack of Customer Centricity. Will certainly sign up for another gym next time we move.

I have been trying to cancel my LA Fitness membership... because we moved away from a nearby gym. My wife was able to call and cancel hers because when we signed up we had different last names.But when I call (and email)... I am being told I have to go in person. Kind of frustrating and shows a real lack of Customer Centricity. Will certainly sign up for another gym next time we move.
