Our son was seeing Shira for 2 years starting at 4 years old at Vancouver location. There has been a huge improvement in his speech and language development. Shira is kind and patient and has a great connection with kids. Our son was comfortable with her, he enjoyed the sessions and was able to focus even at the young age. We worked with Shira at City Speech Center when she was at the Vancouver location. She helped our son improve in the way he interacts with people using the Social Thinking curriculum, and helped him express himself in longer and more descriptive sentences. We had a fantastic rapport with her and we appreciated how diligent and supportive she was. We really miss Shira, and Vancouver's loss is Dallas' gain!
My son has grown up using the services of City Speech Center. They have always been professional, caring, supportive and very intuitive in helping John learn and thrive. Shira is "awesome" in John's words and we consider her part of our extended family. Can't say "Thank you" enough! We highly recommend using the services of City Speech Center.
