“I bought the car last week, and they didn’t tell me that the washer fluid tank was damaged, and they also didn’t mention that there were scratches on the side of the car in the photos they showed me. I purchased a vehicle from Bes 4 years ago and just recently found out the vehicle had two major claims on it that were not disclosed at time of purchase. No CarFax was done and no mention on the bill of sale. These claims totalled $55,000. When brought to Bes’ attention he said “he didn’t know that” and he would possibly buy the vehicle back. Since then; which is two weeks roughly he has not returned calls and has essentially GHOSTED me. I am now forced to take legal matters and will let the court deal with City South Fine ... read more
Bes and his team are exceptional! I bought my car (Ford Fusion Hybrid) from him a few months ago and had a very good impression of him from the first moment: He is an open, likeable and honest salesman (hard to find in this industry... ;-)) who tells you right away what's possible (price-wise) and what's not. I bought a vehicle from them and was treated amazingly. I was informed and respected the whole way through, and I also service all of my vehicles here as well as they are a fully equipped shop. Bes and his team are top notch!
