Mr. Ramesh Prasai has been an exceptional property manager over the past three years. Managing a large condo is not easy, yet he ensures everything runs smoothly. He has efficiently handled major issues like elevators, garbage chute, carpet replacement, and pool redevelopment with minimal inconvenience to residents. Very professional, proactive, and highly recommended.

Awful. They try to attach some sort of grandeur to the most common place tasks that all other condos do. At the same time they are incompetent and don’t like it when this is even remotely brought to their attention. Have no sense of common courtesy or anything amounting to a general regard for the residents. They act with a sort of bad faith you would expect from your worst enemy. Avoid.
The property managers from this company don’t see to know what is happening and they refuse to respond d to emails, phone calls and hide in their office In September, I reported that my PA system was not working this was after sending multiple emails to the PM which were never acknowledged) After setting up an appt to have the PA system fixed, she sent me a bill (she had the invoice for many weeks and was not up front ) that I would have to pay nearly $400 times get it fixed.
