We as a board member of condominium had very bad and worse experience with Property Manager of citysites. I recommend all other condominiums directors not to sign with company as they say initially very nicely and after that they unable to reply emails even their PM are not professional I don't know how CMRO clear their Property managers.
I have been living at the Monarchy for over a year now. Mr Ahsan has been very quick to respond with our concerns and it's clear how much the building looks better everyday. Thank you city sites

We have had contracts with this company and, quite frankly, they lack transparency and honesty. They don't abide by privacy and confidentiality laws and had horrible experience with them. We would not recommend this company for any of your establishments. STAY away
I’ve owned my unit for 20 years with no issues — until this property management company took over. When they did, they reassessed the fees and claimed they had been undercharging us for the past three years. Based on their mistake, they slapped us with a sudden $1,500 charge — and gave only 3 months to pay, essentially demanding the money and threatening legal action.
