I wish I could review how well this place does when doing mechanical work, but I can't. The reason is that despite knowing the year and make of my truck, they said they don't work on anything that old. I can tell you that their customer service is bad at best. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING!! CONSUMER BEWARE!! MY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE AT CITYSIDE AUTO!! I WAS TOLD TO DROP OFF MY CAR ON MONDAY FOR INSPECTION. DROPPED IT OFF AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I CALL THEM DAY 3-- WEDNESDAY TO FIND OUT WHAT THEIR MALFUNCTION IS FOR A SIMPLE INSPECTION AND I'M TOLD THE MECHANIC WAS SICK AND THEY ARE SORRY. I'M INFORMED IT PASSED INSPECTION BUT NOT EMISSIONS DUE TO MONITORS NEEDING TO BE RESET. HE CAN DO IT FOR A FEE OF $55 AND IT WILL PASS EMISSIONS THEN. AGAIN NO CALL FOR THE REST OF THE DAY.
