深夜着だったのですが、建物に誰もおらず、鍵が入っているらしきボックスは壊れていて、こちらに泊まれませんでした。運良く、かわいそうな私たちを見かねた他の宿泊者が彼らの部屋に招き入れてくれましたが、そうでなければ野宿でした。

Reasons to stay here - 1. If you have an international flight with a check in at 5am and everywhere else in Cairns is booked. 2. There is no second reason. Rooms are tired, ours had a broken glass door to the balcony. Beds were comfyish. Bathroom old, shower anemic and only Luke warm water at 4pm. Chain to secure door to hall missing. Mirror stained with some indescribable fluid. Guy on front desk was nice and tried hard, but the product he is dealing with is awful. A$200 per night is A$ 100 more than it is worth. Well I had to move the couch then the bed to have access to the power point so my husband could plug in his machine. I had to pay for a bond for the after hours access 7 day later still no return of the 130 dollar deposit. It was dirty under the bed and couch cleaners had not cleaned in ages. I could see into the unit next door bathroom as the share the same window. Next door can watch you in the shower and you could watch them have a shower.... 😡

Worst hotel ever, impossible to check-in after hours , no support, no customer service. Stay away, safe yourself a nice evening. You will regret booking here, particularly if you are from overseas.
