The motel is old and outdated which I think it needs renovation. Don’t stay in the room in front of the pool as you will hear staff coming, gathering and gossiping the whole time lol I am amazed as there are table and chairs in front of my room but the staff treat them as a gathering place or a break room to chit chat and talk most of the time and they are so loud.
The place needs to be bulldozed. Very dated and very little money spent on maintenance. Water leak in bathroom fixed with towels on floor placed by there management. No hair dryer, no extra pillows, no plug for bathroom basin. Mixer tap loose to the point of falling out. Rooms supposedly serviced every 4 days but ours wasn't serviced at all. This place should not be open. Overnight stay for two persons, was cheap enough but then there are the down side to this place. Limited parking, in the flight zone during the day, no service after 8, laundry not available, linen and towels were clean, just enough coffee sachets for 2 cups. Outside access area littered with cigarette butts, guttering falling down, could really use an exterior do over our just demolish it and try again. TV volume loud and couldn't alter. Staff said they would come and check but never did. No control knob on ceiling fan so hard to turn off. Pillows hard like sleeping on a rock. Had to have hot tap in shower full on and then not that hot. Very thin bath towels. No hand towel or face washers. No lift and had to pull a large case up 3 flights of stairs.
