I wish they had some competition so I could go else where. The ladies in the office are so rude. They make you feel like you are bothering them. Something needs to be done about that. Maybe some customer service classes.
What amazing customer service. They are always up beat and polite. I have been a customer for over 5 years and I have nothing bad to say about this amazing branch of this Company.
Skipped multiple months on our pick up date, representative wont help update the online calendar to be correct, nor help in clarifying right pick up dates. Stated she was working from home and can’t do anything.
