City Roofing did all they promised. I have a beautiful new roof. Gutters and more. The contractors did a splendid job inside and out. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Gail *******

They did a great job. Worked with me to get my insurance to pay. They were very professional and did what they said they would do. They were on time and did a nice job cleaning up. Communications were always excellent.
I would not refer them to my worst enemy! Constant run around, threatens to place lien, didn't know that company had deposited check and accused me of not paying! Never would give official quote wanted to work off insurance company's findings. told me they needed partial payment after roof was done and balance after inspection. Day after they provided me with inspection info threatened to place lien if they could not come by to get payment. Didn't call insurance company until job was done. Terry, After our conversation today on the phone I am a bit surprised to see this review. Your insurance company initially paid you for your repairs, and we were to do the repairs and follow the insurance company scope of work and pricing as it states on our signed contingency agreement which you have a copy of. We were under the impression from information provided at the time of initial payment after project completion that you did not have the full amount to cover the remaining cost of replacement.
