הזמנו לפחות שבוע מראש ,שרות הסעה פרטית משדה התעופה בניו יורק למנהטן וכמובן שילמנו מראש. הגענו בלילה, אחרי טיסה ארוכה עם ילדים. הודענו לנהג שנחתנו והוא ביקש שנמתין לו מחוץ לטרמינל. כשיצאנו הופתענו לגלות שאף אחד לא מחכה ומסתבר שהנהג היה בדרך ועדין לא הגיע לשדה. חיכינו 45 דקות בלילה בחוץ לנהג שאיחר. כשפנינו לחברה,הם לא לקחו אחריות והפנו אותנו להתלונן אצל הסוכן שדרכו הזמנו את השרות. ממש לא הייתי ממליץ על חברה שלא יודעת לקחת אחריות על תקלות ולא יודעת לתת שרות!!!!
