Really frightful place to stay, didn't feel safe and left after the first night for better accommodation. Sketchy people hanging around, security very poor, no reception staff, room stank of bleach and my window had no lock (!)
Worst place fe ever had the misfortune to stay at. They call it in the advertising a Premier Stay. At best a 3rd rate backpacker. Dirty shared bathroom. Noisy guests. No privacy. Complained to management and asked for a refund for the two nights remaining. Management said no and said they didn’t care. People, don’t waste your time and money on this trash stay. 3rd rate backpacker!
Absolutely loved our stay at City Quarters! The location is perfect—very close to the heart of the Perth CBD and the nightlife of Northbridge and Mt Lawley, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, cozy, giving off a warm and welcoming vibe. The team were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Would definitely recommend City Quarters to anyone looking for a comfortable and personal stay in Perth!
Has bed bugs
If you want unsafe and unsanitary accommodation stay here and get riddled with bed bugs. Poor customer service, unable to get hold of anyone, do not respond to emails, do not call back when saying they will, constantly chasing them for resolutions and getting none. When first arriving at City quarters on Brewer, we had not received the codes to get into the room and had to ring and email multiple times before anyone got back to us.
