City Property Management is HORRBILE and FRUSTRATING Oh my gosh...I'd LOVE to write a review of this AZ management company. TERRIBLE Book keeping.. they can't even manage themselves!!. I've sent payment....and PROOF of payment, email after email to these people. My title company even sent a payment and they can't find that either!! City Property Management seems decent. This is our property management for the complex I live in. So far they seem to be on top of things. I haven't had any issues with HOA payments not being recieved etc.. So far so good.
