RecommendedGreat location, helpful staff, horrible homeless problem and high noise levels in the mornings. If you are young and without kids for a couple of years, this is the perfect place for you!
Prompt maintenance. DJ in the leasing office works hard to make people feel at home. Lots of storage space compared to other downtown fullerton complexes. Top floor is pretty quiet for being downtown.
Aside from the apartment that doesn't look cookie cutter, the staff are kind and enthusiastically helpful. We love it here.
This place would get 5 stars if it wasnt for the random fire alarms at 2 in the am and the bum fights down in the courtyard.
City Pointe Apartments is luxury at a price I moved into City Pointe in January 09. The only reason I choose to move here were the discounts offered if we moved in immediately. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. I love the movie room and game room. Without the discounts offered it would have been out of our budget.
