Beware! My daughter stayed here for a year and had so many problems. They went through 3 property managers. All of management was rude, unprofessional & didn’t know the rules to their own property. They would get upset when you would call them out on their wrongs especially Tiffany! They held onto rent payments when they were paid on time and would still put late notices on the door. I would not recommend, Google the reviews for Legend Property Group they own this apartment complex. Your property manager will not tell you when people are coming. This includes pest control. So either strangers are coming into your home when you’re not there and unaware. Or you get a surprise of a stranger coming to your home. We’ll schedule three different visits in one week where their maintenance can come in at any time from 9 to 5. Again, strangers. 10 out 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Will tell you they have a private lot for you to park in. But the tow company doesn’t ever come to check in even if you call. The property manager doesn’t care. And will just let anyone park in the lot so you end up in the street or some other lot. Not the one you pay rent to be able to use. Yes, everything is included around nine something a month , your rent will go up yearly. Anything can be removed from being included at any time.
