I had an issue with my sub pump. I called and they came out within the day and replaced it. Respectful, clean, and good communication. Plumbing is expensive but price was fair IMO. Would use service again.
They came to look at my water softener and did NOTHING. They just talked about fixing it, called them to follow through, and never returned the calls. Cost $500 for literally NOTHING.
I hired this company to fix a small leak, but they failed to complete the job properly. You need to tell your contractors or whoever's driving your Vans they need to learn how to drive right and stop being so aggressive. I was going five over the speed limit through North Muskegon and it wasn't enough this dude has to be aggressive the whole time. Lucky I didn't keep following him honestly and call the police.
New Furnace and AC installed. Both great quality products the techs that installed it did a great job were respectful on time and did a good job cleaning up. Happy with how everything turned out and the extra steps they took to make sure we were satisfied. They took the time to teach us how to use the new thermostat and made sure we had no further questions or concerns before leaving.
