On 8/9/2024 City Plumbing Heating & AC INC. came to install a Furnace and Air Conditioning in my home! Nick had come to my home ahead of time to show me the products they offer! I got a Rheem R92T Classic Plus Series Furnace which is an Efficiency Furnace! I also got a Rheem RA13 Classic Series Air Conditioner which is also Efficiency! City Plumbing is AMAZING. We have had multiple, positive experiences with the company for both forced air and plumbing needs. Most recently Nick came to our aid during a serious water emergency. He went above and beyond to find a difficult solution in quick time, and proactively worked with our borough water department to ensure the loop was closed on all details. We highly recommend City Plumbing.
Scam artist alert: Not very please about the non disclosure of additional fees and lying on the phone. Great they can get there fast, not great when $98hr labor turns into $130 hr labor when you get the invoice. They also tacked on a half hour. 11:00-1:30, as you can see they are already gone and it’s not 1:30 yet. They left at 1:00. Also told me it would take an hour and it took 2.5 hours. If they didn’t lie over the phone I probably would have went with another plumber who actually gave me a truthful price at a lot lower. ... read more
