This is to recognize Adele Henderson at the Franklin location. When my wife and I first entered this store, Ms. Henderson, at her desk, looked up, greeted us, asked if we needed any assistance, got up, came to us and welcomed us. After explaining why we came in, she took us around the store explaining different plumbing fixtures, listened to our thoughts and questions and gave sound advice on the product, all the while taking notes.
