I moved here in December, and I love my new apartment. It is great and my apartment was clean when I moved in and I thank you to Ms. Marlena at the leasing office for helping me.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I’ve been living here less than a year and they’ve started charging me late fees when I pay within the first five days but they put my money orders through late in order to charge me a late fee. They’ve tried taking me to court multiple times for “failure to pay” and now they’re lying about my monthly payment on court documents.
