My husband and I lived here for four years and had a great experience (caveat being we're pretty easy going tenants). For us, it was the perfect distance from Shands where we worked since we didn't want to be too close. In the four years, we never had any plumbing issues, appliance issues, trash pick up problems, major bug problems, or major noise concerns within the building (the motorcyclists by the main road is a completely different story) - all things that are the most important to us as renters. I’ve had a great experience with the leasing agent Victoria. She was incredibly patient and kind when my husband and I were deciding between a few units. She provided lots of specific information about them, both over the phone and during a tour. Appreciate her so much!
Overall, my experience at City Place was excellent. Good communication, friendly staff, good service repairs that were always timely, and a really nice living space.
No one answers the phones at this community & they also don’t call you back, convenient. Showed up for a tour and not only did my calls go unanswered and unreturned but I couldn’t get into the building, no one answered me knocking on the door I waited outside the leasing office for 15 minutes without anyone coming. The “self guided” tour was also not working. Literally will give me money to ANY other apartment community in this town… it’s ridiculous.
