A very stress environment and clueless staff – I had taken my golden retriever for a 4 day stay. He came out of place very stressed and nervous. It took him about a week to recover from this place. I've talked to one of the staff member and he had no clue to what happened with my dog. Try to talk to the owner of place but he was out of town. I will never take any of my pets to this place again.
Clean, professional daycare/boarding Service – I have taken my dog to their daycare consistently for over a year, and have experienced nothing but the best service. All of the caretakers know the name of my dog, and show extreme affection to him. I have also boarded my dog here, and that experience was excellent as well. The staff is very friendly, and obviously care about the animals. My dog is always ecstatic when he realizes we're on our way to daycare (he has memorized the route).
