Dr Lorraine Prisman has been our Paediatrician for over seven years now. Every time we see her she’s so kind and supportive and amazingly thorough. She thinks of everything, is very knowledgeable and I know my child really feels seen and heard. Dr Prisman is a ray of sunshine, is highly competent and my child is well looked after. Her Secretary Maria is also always a pleasure to deal with.
I’ve known Dr. Prisman since I was pregnant with my first baby, who is now 10. She has been an invaluable resource and advocate for us. We’re beyond grateful to have her and Maria in our corner, there is absolutely no one better.
Dr. Michelle Lai is amazing!!! When you have a toddler, going to the doctor's office could be an overwhelming and stressful experience not only for the kid but for the parents as well. We can't be more grateful we found Dr. Michelle Lai! She set up a Zoom meeting with us with her preliminary questions first and then we went in with our little guy for a quick examination on the next day.
