The care feels personal and the team does a lot to manage pet stress. Our dog was actually wagging his tail and eager to get in the front door. We never feel rushed and both bets we have seen in office visits have been thorough and took the time to talk with us. The office finds discount on prevention medicines. Like the Otto app and text reminders and ease of scheduling once you are a client. We waited a few months initially but we knew that ahead of time and made other plans. Definitely worth the wait for us.
I was very happy with my first experience at City Paws Veterinary Clinic. Everyone was very friendly. They thoroughly explained everything and happily answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed into making any decisions. The staff treated my cat well and gushed over how well she did in her examination. Excellent care. Came highly recommended and was not disappointed. Everyone truly cares and are patient, kind, and compassionate! Was a truly great experience for me and my pup!
