Your reception area has a warm, calm atmosphere. I felt welcomed immediately as I entered. It kept my anxious pup from being nervous and frightened. Kindness energy was evident. Demi was thorough in her questions and listened carefully as I spoke about Hazel. Dr. Mattes is wonderful. She took her time with Hazel to keep her calm with their first meet. I wanted to update this review. I gave my original review below 5 stars. The update review is 5 stars - I wish Google had a higher level. I kept my original review because I hope it helps people thinking about switching vets. I have been going here now close to 4 years. Dr. Mattes knows everything about my dog - even when we are gone for a year. Everyone in this clinic loves animals. That's not the case everywhere else. Our 1st visit was absolutely amazing! My pittie is very anxious and has high energy. From the moment we stepped in the office we felt PEACE! The staff does such an amazing job keeping the environment controlled! Madeline, Brandi and Dr. Stuart were so amazing, kind and patient! Dr. Stuart took so much time out to actually assess my pup & make her feel comfortable! Thanks a million ladies!
As always, Dr. Mattes and the rest of the staff that helped us were incredible! Milo is very reactive to people and other dogs so we are able to have our appointments in the comfort room so he’s more comfortable and they do a great job working with him. We have been going here for years and they truly are the best of the best. They definitely do what they can to make him and I comfortable and we are so grateful for their kindness and patience!
The care feels personal and the team does a lot to manage pet stress. Our dog was actually wagging his tail and eager to get in the front door. We never feel rushed and both bets we have seen in office visits have been thorough and took the time to talk with us. The office finds discount on prevention medicines. Like the Otto app and text reminders and ease of scheduling once you are a client. We waited a few months initially but we knew that ahead of time and made other plans. Definitely worth the wait for us.
