The entire staff including the Vet were extremely patient and understanding with my dog, Irma, who is very anxious and scared of people and startled easily. They provided a calming demeanor to help her feel at ease and were very gentle with their approach. Many thanks to City Paws!!
I’m a new pet owner and had some questions and concerns. The staff made me feel welcome and helped address my concerns with respect and care. I also didn’t have to wait at all to see the tech or the vet! I now feel at ease knowing I can bring my pet in to see them in the future. Thanks for taking care of my kitty cat!
Dr Nguy was great to work with, once she left she we were shuffled to new vets and not informed of that in advance. Interactions with the clinic are inconsistent and chaotic, as though they lack internal communication. It seems to be all about money now. Dr Mattes needs to understand that having informed pet parents and being understanding to their emotions and considering their input as crucial is the key to healthy pets.
