I had an appointment with Dr. Rebecca and she was very helpful in explaining the care options and reasoning behind them. She answered all my questions and I felt that she cared about my concerns. I also appreciated that she mentioned an estimated cost before doing diagnostic tests so I wasn't surprised later. Everyone was very kind to me and overall my experience was very positive.
I appreciate that we never feel like we are being rushed out of the appointment. The level of care and attention that our pets are given is valued as is the lack of pressure to move forward with expensive tests. My dog actually gets excited for her visits.
We love City Park Vet! Our dog, Beau has received the best care from Dr. Leo & his team for years & there is no one else we would trust more! We are always given honest advice & thorough care, which is something I know many people look for when finding a vet for their fur baby. We know they love Beau like their own, whether it’s the greetings of “Beau’s here!!” from Dakota or the welcoming smile from Michelle, we know Beau is always in the best care! Thank you City Park team!
We were blessed to have SCAT help us pay for Mickys spay! She’s 4 years old and she’s was treated like a princess by the Drs and technicians. Michelle and Kelsey answered all 30-40 emails of our nervous?’s about Mickys healing ect! They’re are an AMAZING Veterinary clinic !!!!!
We have had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic with the lovely staff and Dr. Rebecca and Dr. Leo providing excellent care for our dog and two cats. We always leave with all our questions answered. Based on this week's experience, we want to specifically note that we appreciate Dr. Leo getting Havok in so quickly (with 45 minutes' notice) to assess the skin irritation she is experiencing on her snout and around her eyes.
