Dr. Tanner Lange - Argued with my wife and had to make his opinion heard!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMING FROM A DOCTOR!! If I wanted to see a clown I’d go to the circus!! Seems wet behind the ears AND IN THE WRONG PROFESSION!!! L

I visited Mediclinic at City Park today, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the receptionist. When I arrived to ask a simple question, she was extremely rude in her response. Instead of informing me calmly that they don’t accept walk-in patients, she snapped at me and told me to read the sign by the entrance. There were only two people in the waiting area, so it felt unnecessary and unprofessional to be treated that way. I understand rules are rules, but basic courtesy goes a long way.

I've been going there for almost 2 decades, seeing 2 different doctors over that time. The staff are great and couldn't be happier with the care I've received from the family doctors.

Dr. Stephan Hounjet is exceptional! He is caring, thorough, and takes the time to listen to all concerns. I always feel well-informed and confident in my treatment plan. Highly recommend!
