The receptionist working here was extremely rude & snarky while attempting to answer simple questions over the phone. Your job is quite simple. You are required to answer the phones, and book appointments while treating people with respect and kindness. I’ve heard stories of this receptionist and now unfortunately have experienced it myself. The reviews speak for themselves. Will be looking elsewhere.
I’ve been going there for years. The receptionist is always polite and professional. Janice is calm and friendly.
I’ll give an 5 star for the medical staff that I have never met. But I know are working endlessly day in and day out to ensure their clients are well taken care of. I hate to give 2 stars, which has nothing to do with the incredible doctors that work here and everything to do with that insufferable receptionist. Listening to her talk on the phone to someone who was clearly in medical distress was unbelievable. Someone that was looking for help met with snarky “well what do you want me to do about it?” among other rude comments.
