I’ll give an 5 star for the medical staff that I have never met. But I know are working endlessly day in and day out to ensure their clients are well taken care of. I hate to give 2 stars, which has nothing to do with the incredible doctors that work here and everything to do with that insufferable receptionist. Listening to her talk on the phone to someone who was clearly in medical distress was unbelievable. Someone that was looking for help met with snarky “well what do you want me to do about it?” among other rude comments. Dr. Tanner Lange - Argued with my wife and had to make his opinion heard!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMING FROM A DOCTOR!! If I wanted to see a clown I’d go to the circus!! Seems wet behind the ears AND IN THE WRONG PROFESSION!!! L

I visited Mediclinic at City Park today, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the receptionist. When I arrived to ask a simple question, she was extremely rude in her response. Instead of informing me calmly that they don’t accept walk-in patients, she snapped at me and told me to read the sign by the entrance. There were only two people in the waiting area, so it felt unnecessary and unprofessional to be treated that way. I understand rules are rules, but basic courtesy goes a long way.
