Great property in the best location, right in the heart of Houston, without the traffic. Close to so many restaurants, bars and shopping. Excellent maintenance and customer service.
Do not move in here! The property looks incredible upon touring but you will be dealing with constant break ins with your vehicles, tires stolen off your cars and package theft from the property. And the management does not do anything to help fix the problems that are going on throughout the property. Instead you get surface level excuses of "we are getting a quote on the new security system and gates" - which they were using as an excuse for months while nothing was fixed. My wife and I have lived at this complex for several years now. The complex is very nice, but we are tired of the decreasing quality in management over the years. It feels like the longer we stay here, the more we pay and the less we gain. Examples that come to mind: without asking residents, they added a required trash collection service for $35/mo despite us living very close to the dumpster; they installed city bikes years ago and have let them go to rust in the middle of our complex; they took 1 month to repair our AC un... read more
We’ve lived here for 2 years and really do love our apartment, which is why I’m giving 3 stars. The downsides for us have been maintenance and noise from our upstairs neighbors. Our dishwasher was broken for 2 months, and despite calling over 10 times, it wasn’t replaced until we kept following up—even while on vacation.
