Terrific experience at City Park Dental with Dr. Kapote and his team. Great explanations of the options, highly professional, and importantly, make the visit a pleasant interaction and experience. Front desk highly organized. Easy for me to recommend this practice!
Great communication, knowledge to answer my questions, and efficient work
Being terrified of dentists is the norm for me, but Gaurij Kapote took great care of me and my teeth. He was able to explain all of the procedures and future costs well. He gave me options and even went beyond, saying that he will see if the office would be able to lower prices even more for me. I loved my visit, and it’s helped my anxiety a lot! Emergency visit which required extraction. Each and everything Dr Kapote did was explained and I expected to feel pain during the extraction but Dr Kapote was very careful and there was ZERO pain. If you are looking for a dentist Dr Kapote is the person you are looking for. Care after the procedure was well explained. I arrived in pain and I left feeling 100% better! I can't say enough good things about Dr Kapote. Definitely 5 stars maybe 10 stars if I could.
The staff here is Top Notch!!! Always accommodating and efficient!! Friendly and compassionate! Have been going here for 7 years!
