I've lived in many apartments for the past 15 years and City park has been the best experience I've ever had. Niko and his team are wonderful and truly care about the residents. I moved out last year after living at city park for two years. I would have stayed longer but I bought a home. I recently recommended city park to a friend who was having trouble securing a place due to no fault of her own. I had the privilege of living here for approximately 7 years, and it was truly a great experience. Throughout my time here, I never encountered any problems, which is why I stayed for such a long period. The community is peaceful and offers all the amenities one could need right on the property. Whenever I required assistance, Niko and Sergey were always prompt and helpful. They exemplify professionalism and are genuinely kind individuals.

Best apartment experience, ever!! I've rented many apts over the past 20 yrs and these guys were the best! The maintenance staff, (most recently Sergey was helping me out), are fast, friendly, professional. Any issue I had, they fixed it, and fast! The manager Niko is the best! Awesome to work with from start to finish and everything in between. Small, quiet complex, nice landscaping. I also enjoyed the gated parking structure. Only moving cuz I got married, sad to leave!
To start off, I would like to thank Niko and the guys who did maintenance and took care of the apartment complex. The staff here were always friendly and said hi. I moved to Sacramento for school and could not find a place to live that would accept my student loans as a form of income, but Niko understood the struggle and found no problem with taking me in as a tenant.
