I had the most horrible experience with these folks. Honestly, I still can't believe it. I have a 13 year old dog whom they have been his vet for 8 years. I called to let them know that he hadn't eaten or drank for 5 days after they prescribed him heart medicine. I had stopped the medication and called them to talk with Vet. No Vet ever talked to me. After making a specific request to be called if anything outside of a teeth cleaning and 1 potential tooth extraction came up, I was not consulted, and found out that the vet pulled 6 teeth without my knowledge. This was documented on the consent form I signed, and the dr did not follow through. RecommendedI cannot thank the staff at City Park enough! My dog whom we had just adopted a month before started having an eye rolling to the back of her head. I had no idea what to do but call Dr. Frucci! They were able to get us in immediately. The staff made sure that I felt comfortable with everything going on because they knew I had enough to stress about with the health of my dog. My cat Cleo (who I adopted with no medical history) was acting very strange and needed a checkup badly. I was able to get an appointment the next morning and found out it was a dental issue. They were so kind and patient throughout the whole process and very reasonable with billing. I'll be taking all my pets here in the future!
Can't say enough nice things about this place! I'm a vet myself and I take my animals to Dr. Hill. She is amazing and the entire team is so sweet and thoughtful. Love love love!
I absolutely love this place. I had a baby pit bull that was super super sick when I had took her in. Dr. Frucci and Dr Hill are amazing... I am beyond words of what to say because whatever I say I feel is not going to be enough. They both worked very very hard to make sure my dog was fine. They literally saved my dogs life.
