Had an awful experience here. I’ve been to several locations and none had unprofessional, rude staff - only this location. This is now the second time I am experiencing this at the Bathurst location. Learn how to appropriately speak to and help customers.
I recently visited City Optical to order a pair of reading glasses and a screen protector. Unfortunately, I had to go back because I was having trouble seeing the screen while sitting at school. Instead of helping me with the issue, the staff member I spoke to started complaining about my eye doctor who had prescribed my glasses. She used rude and unprofessional language when speaking about my doctor and treated me poorly. Based on this experience, I would not recommend City Optical for eyeglasses or customer service.
