Exceptional experience. My dog is the anxious type, but Dr. Matt and the staff were incredible with her. They were knowledgeable and the experience was quick, to the point, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend
5 stars!! Dr Matt Wooddall is incredibly compassionate. My kitty who usually freaks out at the vet handled it very well partly because I think she could sense Dr Matt really cared about her well-being. Soooo much different than previous experiences at VCA Greenhaven which is usually packed with dogs and super loud. At City Of trees animal Hospital they put us in a private room to wait instead of her sitting in the waiting room, which helped keep her calm. Dr Matt took great care of our two dogs. He spent time listening to our concerns and seemed to really care about helping our dogs. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility is great.
Wow, my cats and I are so, so blessed to have found this vet. I am never going to VCA again. This might be long, but this place is so life-affirming it's worth it—buckle in. We decided to take our 10 year old cat; Butterz into the clinic for his currrent vaccinations, and as a new patient. We were SO SO impressed with Dr. Matt, Kira and his staff that we have no qualms at all about taking him back as a permanent 'Patient of Dr. Matt'. Butterz felt very comfortable with them, and the clinic is so welcoming and friendly.....this is EXACTLY what our neighborhood needed! Thanks again you guys! Butterz says 'Happy 4th of July'.
