This place is an absolute nightmare. Hard to pay online. Crap sucks. Absolutely rude customer service
I called due to the website not loading my statement or bill pay. Angelia sounded like I was on her absolute last nerve & she had a million other things to do. Far from nice! Unprofessional!
By far, the worst customer service of any utility company. I honestly can't even imagine more unprofessional customer service. Likewise, the usability of their site for payments and otherwise is 30 years behind even the most basic of current web hosts. The paper bill is constantly late and they send it in different formats and often in packets that contain 30 letter papers with various type-set sizing. It's all at disheveled mess.
I rate you Zero!!!
Good luck. The sewage bill comes too late by Mail to to online banking without getting a late fee. Set up not so “EZPay”. The system is confusing and not user friendly. I had to call customer service and talked to a grouchy person. Too bad the city has to ship off their billing to Tulsa.
