Good luck. The sewage bill comes too late by Mail to to online banking without getting a late fee. Set up not so “EZPay”. The system is confusing and not user friendly. I had to call customer service and talked to a grouchy person. Too bad the city has to ship off their billing to Tulsa.
Called and payed my bill like I always do. which I have to always talk to a person. Well this time she gave me a confirmation number butt the bill didn't get payed(HAD NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT) IM SO NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW. WHAT IF, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED??? THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ON YOU!!!! And this is far from the only problem I've had with this company over the years. 😑🤨🙄 If only I had another better option for a wasre water company!!!
Do NOT attempt to put your account on autopay. They will scam you out of even more money by charging ridiculous return fees. Beware they claim it takes 30 days for the auto billing cycle to begin. Even when it’s been 30 days, they will still charge you late fees and return check fees. We have it linked to a savings account that has never had a low balance and we’re stuck paying the $25 return fee.
