If I could leave negative or zero stars, I would. This has to be the worst run city government. They impose new taxes or shall I say “fees” at the drop of a hat while their government officials are all over paid. The property taxes are some of the highest in the country without anything to show for it. They had a budget higher than the city of Chicago and the city is still a joke. Whenever you make some money, they will try to bite a piece of your cake, just like Hyenas, greedy Hyenas.
I put my kids through preschool and didn’t ask for a handout doing it. This city needs to stop enabling the homeless and parents that refuse to work. This division certainly adds to the issues in our city.
Donna tried her best to find this City Of Portland office on Columbia st. I had all of my documents prepared to obtain my Lyft Drivers business license. I hope to make it tomorrow as I want to earn an income!
Good grief this has been a nightmare. I get everything settled online, then they send another bill for what has already been taken care of. I've gone through this cycle three times already. Don't any of these departments talk to each other????
