Art Tax scam not even sanctioned via your income tax. Never received a letter or a notice about this or how to pay ever so apparently I missed payments since 2021 with fees added which is utter bullshit.
In person hours are not listed on notices. My assistant was in their lobby by 4:30 with an envelope to deliver but was turned away at the desk as they “were closed”. Hours for working constituents suck.

How desperate can they be for money. I moved to Little Rock, AR in May 2022. Had hip surgery in Jan 2022 so didn't work at all in Portland that year. I filled out all the proper stuff online regarding moving my business out of state. Now I get a letter (see pic) saying I haven't filed my 2023 taxes and they are going after me. Idiots. Maybe if they did not spend so much money on homeless druggies they wouldn't be in debt and have to go after non-citizens. So glad I left.
