The website isn't clear, If your weight is over 2000lbs plus trailer and truck or equal to 9000lbs so there is a $45 cash deposit even with a monthly water bill. If there is no water bill, it's a $55.00 fee and it's not refundable. Update: I think it just depends on who's working the window that day because I have been charged, not charged and told many different things by different people. It was my first time at the dump site and employee, Daryl Jones was most helpful in guiding me to the site and assisting with gloves and emptying of debris as it was very difficult for me. I appreciate him! BCA
