Absolute joke. You try to do the right thing and they send you away because your water bill isn't on City letterhead despite being a resident in the heart of the city. Sure, tell me again how I am not a citizen entitled to these public services that is funded by my tax dollars.
Pretty awesome place and very well marked. You scale in and scale out but the directions are super easy to follow.
