They were unable to help a low-income, disabled, neighbor get a 90.00 fine waived because someone put a large empty box behind his house prior to trash day and it was reported by a nasty neighbor who has harassed him in the past. They could not even get it reduced to 50.00. I consider this office useless. In a neighborhood like this, helping the disadvantaged should be a priority, and competent people should be doing the work.
I went to this facility today to drop off forms related to the city’s real estate taxes. I was helped by Daisy. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was. She was very pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable about what steps I needed to take to solve my issues. Because of her help, I got everything sorted out to my satisfaction. Great job, Daisy!
