Is this seriously how you guys make money? What a joke. The whole place feels unregulated as hell. Some of the staff are straight up rude, impossible to deal with, and have zero empathy. They really act like that tiny bit of power makes them somebody. And watch out for one particular woman — if you’ve been there, you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about. Got a ticket that was uploaded to the system AFTER the initial 30 day period to pay before a late fee. Meaning, the ticket wasn't available to pay in their system until after the late fee period. The office confirmed this. Appeal of the "late fee" denied. No one willing to help. Notice of appeal arrived 1 year later, with a 3rd $41 late fee. Complete joke. Humanity really sucks sometimes.
Never ever go to center city and never ever park on the side of the street down there. They will tow your car within few minutes, even if your car is barely crossed the sign line. The goal is to make money. After all, I wouldn’t recommend to go to the City of Philadelphia at all.
