I'm down voting the city of Peoria for their tyrannical Parks and recreation administration. First they cost developers millions to install green belt and have a specific calculated greenery percentage. Then they come to the more impovered parts of Peoria and they remove all grass and lock up what is left. This is disgusting this is completely unacceptable. Visit varney Park and they removed over 50% of all greenery, replaced it with rock so it cannot be utilized for sports over recreation. And then lock up the baseball fiel... read more
