When it comes to Christmas decorations it looks like someone just threw them on the trees and the town does not look nice for Christmas. Some small towns are beautiful and Owosso is not one of them.

We live in a beautiful town.
Very unhappy to find my street was being paved today without any notice to any homeowners that they couldn’t leave or come back home throughout the day. I live on the north side of Stewart street and there is not a side street to take to get to my home on that side of the street. The construction crew and/or the city should have some respect to homeowners and let them know of an upcoming inconvenience. Not cool to shut down the water without notice bc of Construction.. be a little respectful and give a notice next time.
Horribly educated people, horrible place to live. Horribly managed, just plain horrible town. Move here if you want to live somewhere with STRONG history of KKK involvement.
Thanks for not plowing my road all day on Sunday on Broadway Avenue then plowing my driveway in so I had to reshovel it at 5:30 a.m. to go to work
