I’m commenting on the city of Olympia garbage service which is absolutely terrible. They only pick up garbage and recycling once every 2 weeks and you get charged $11 if the lid isn’t closed all the way. A family of 4 would have trouble with these cans let alone us, a family of 6. Our cans have never been overflowing, yet we get hit with fees. For this city being the capital of a supposed eco friendly state they sure don’t care about recycling either. We’ll live in Mulberry apartments in Olympia WA. The guy that comes to get our trash every day leaves our gates swung a jar every single time he takes the trash and the gates are so large they block the road when left open. I asked dude to stop. He doesn’t care.

Will not work with me when it comes to my business and what time they pick up our dumpster that's needed weekly, keep in mind, my business is not open until 8 and our dumpster is inside our locked gate. On Tuesday they are usually here sometime around 6 am, lately they have decided to try and get it before 5 30 am, last week I had an employee clocked in at 5:30 am and they said they were here at 5:29am to pick up trash, looking at security footage, they never even see pulling up to the gate at all, really ridiculous service,... read more
