As I see his tail lights driving into the distance I must applaud the tech Nolan ... This day an age where everyone can be miserable this young man is a shining star ... He replaced my water meter and walked me threw all my questions I had about my bill that was high during the summer .. he had documentation in his hands to ease my concerns .. in short this man knew his trade to perfection .. he truly made my day ...
Disconnected my service with no prior notice or warning…. Just the door hanging notice of disconnection over a $240 bill….. seems really petty of a utility company. The first time around when I moved in to my new home the disconnected my water with no warning. Don’t bother calling if you need assistance with your account. The first person I talked to was rude and kept cutting me off, he seemed to have no training on customer service at all. He transferred me to his supervisor who had zero empathy or problem solving skills for my situation. Pretty infuriated that these are the people I’m forced to pay the salaries of (because it’s not like there’s any other option).
11/22/23 Had to update yet again they have come through and on Thanksgiving Eve no less. Our road was having discoloration in our water etc and Adam came right down flushed a hydrant and stayed until all was fixed he went above and beyond checking between myself and neighbors. Many many thanks
