Customer service associates clearly need training on how to interact in a professional and positive manner. Not a kind phone experience. Acted like she was annoyed to handle the call and couldn't be bothered with the question.
Disconnected my service with no prior notice or warning…. Just the door hanging notice of disconnection over a $240 bill….. seems really petty of a utility company. The first time around when I moved in to my new home they disconnected my water with no warning. Told me it was because the previous owners never paid the water and the guy even admitted that he was trigger happy when it came to this address and they did not know there were new owners due to some miscommunication with the title company when we bought the house.
