This is a great idea for those who can't drive or don't have a car. My mom is handicapped and the buses are wheelchair accessible, so she use to use them often. However; the service is not great. Several times I was told to expect a ride for my mom between a 30 minute time period, only to have no-one show up. I had to call again frequently to remind them. Horrible service, not reliable at all. No one apparently works there because no one knows how to answer a phone. My child in a wheelchair had to wait 40mins outside, past her pickup time. Then the drive releases the brakes while on lift without ensuring someone had her and almost rolled off lift. Safety not priority at all. System needs improvement, definitely last time I use this service.
Attempted to call and question service for an up coming event. Called to make reservations, no one ever answered the phone, states hours for Saturday are 9-4pm. So much for Senior Citizens who need transportation. On hold as 1st inline for over 10 mins. Pitiful.
I have never been able to get a ride from them they are mostly cater to the college no time or room for disabled I use Madera yellow cab it coast but they are dependable when you're disabled So Props to Maderas Yellow Cab always ready to cater to the elderly and disabled
