A call system would be nice for them. The city of Lima itself has one, but these guys? Nah, it just rings and rings and rings. But they'll be sure to send you a letter every week until you get there. I tried several times to call and let them know I'll come up when I'm off next week. No answer. Not even once. The IRS doesn't harass you as much, nor the state of Ohio, but these guys are worse than any collection agency. They subpoenaed me for not paying taxes to Lima in a year I did not live there, send me threatening letters, but will not contact me. Also sent the letters to the wrong address and they didn’t reach me before the court date, so I never knew. No answering the phone or answering my emails. I work a government job and this is putting me at risk with my security clearance. Absolutely ridiculous
Have tried calling for 2 days now no answer. I owe something and dont know how much it is. How hard is it to answer the phone!!
