Do a better job of actually answering your phone! My mom has been on the line waiting for a live person for 15 mins and no one picked up!!
By having better communication with the other doctors in the facility, also within the network. Also with pain management. My son has been in pain cause the pharmacy wont refill because the prescriptions are worded wrong.
Everyone that worked there were amazing. So friendly and helpful. I was so afraid of having my radiation treatments, but everyone there made me fill so good. I love them all and I’m so grateful to them all

After my family valentine wishes there is a group that is certainly worthy of the same; Happy Valentine’s Day to all the wonderful staff at the City of Hope Lancaster. You never ever go unappreciated in my book of life
A terrible hospital to go to a lot of people die over their negligence lost Mom they're over their negligence also as my friends going there they have terrible and horrible service at the hospital
They are fantastic. They are God's angels that work there. The nursing staff is phenomenal they have made this experience much easier to deal with. My doctors are fantastic. I could not ask for any better care.
Last day of radiation today. Thank you Dr. Kim, Noel, Jonathan, Jeffrey, Danielle, Traci, & Bonnie. Most professional and compassionate group of medical people I have ever experienced!
