We call our insurance providers and change insurance and make a 3 way call with a person from city of hope to make sure the insurance we selected will cover Citynof hope and ask for a call from your financial department or team to make sure our referral to your location will be covered by insurance, we ask multiple times over weeks if not months to confirm if it will be covered and we are told yes, then no, them yes and then that we will receive a call to confirm. New patient to Dr. Wu , I can't express how comfortable and confident most of all very happy I am being her new patient. Dr. Wu expresses her concerns and shows care for me right off the back.
