The doctors and nurses really care about you here, and they will not stop until they find a treatment that works for you. Best cancer hospital and research center!
The financial department or whoever runs their website needs to be better trained! I changed my health insurance because I was told to check their website for a list of insurance plans they accepted. After I changed my insurance, I got a call saying they don't accept that insurance. Now my wife and I are left out in the cold. Very unprofessional website. I'm sure their hospital is great but the staff seems unprofessional.
