I was referred by a family member have hard great things about this hospital....only to experience the worse! I called a month ago and was told I needed to change my insurance in order for my mother to be seen! Her insurance was originally with Kaiser, well the representative didn't mentioned to make sure it was a PPO plan . We switched her insurance spend almost 2 hours getting her schedule for an appointment yesterday only to get a call today that before they can see her she needs to be referred by a primary doctor because... read more
Best hospital best doctors best nurses and staff.my mom was here and I have no words to explain that everyone was great kind
The nurses were very friendly, caring, and professional. They checked on the patient frequently and paid close attention to his needs, which was greatly appreciated. However, the noise level in the unit was quite high. The trash can lids in the patient rooms opened and closed loudly, and overall there was very little peace and quiet. A calmer and quieter environment would help patients rest and recover more comfortably. I hope steps can be taken to reduce unnecessary noise and improve the overall patient experience.
Had kidney taken out, they let me go after a day though, did follow up with Huntington hospital
