This has nothing to do with the hospital itself but the FOOD SERVICE!!! on 10/16 my best friend had her credit card took by a elderly lady who said she would be right back then disappeared with it for 2 hrs if not more which is absolutely unacceptable anywhere and highly unprofessional nobodies card should be kept for that long once the food is paid for the card should immediately be taking back as soon as they get a chance over 2 hrs isn't okay at all then randomly leaving it in the room and not letting anyone know also isn... read more

City of hope Hospital has gone backwards after being given a fifth-grade rating. I don't know why it was given this rating. This is the first time I've noticed a hospital that is closed three days a week, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and there is no ambulance service for patients undergoing a trial drug program. No matter what happens to the patient during the holidays, the hospital or even the medical staff don't care.
