my sister just went there for the first time and tasha was incredibly rude to her. she could not stop crying afterwards. other staff was nice, but just miscommunicated information to her.

The hours listed on the site are not even close to what the call rep says is available. She refused to schedule me in past 3pm on weekdays and Saturdays I was told are for emergencies only therefore, closed. It is hard to stay in at work and try to make it to an appointment at such a limited time frame. I am not asking for much, simply at least 15 minutes to 30.
