I was trying to skip a pay i was told i had to go to the branch and deposit money into my account to skip the payment and i was denied because of some rules that not even workers had any idea about i never miss a payment always pay on time the worst experience i ever had will not be doing any business with them in future.
Good customer service. However the MTA is always out of service. Very frustrated!☹️
love the man that works here but that's it. The atm is always down or out of money and don't ask them because it's "i don't know" or when the day is over. Why do we have to wait till the day is over to use the atm machine smh. got to call about 10 times before they answer. And don't walk in because you won't be acknowledged unless of course the man is working these CU are getting just as bad as the corrupted ones. I came from TCU but at this point i don't want a bank account
