I had the chicken fried cauliflower and waffles, it not only matched the texture of but also the appearance of chicken but went further and you could taste mustard and other spices in the crunch which accented the cauliflower beautifully. The cauliflower was juicy throughout having been steamed perfectly. The wait, is worth it, and the noise hardly a factor when you lose yourself in the experience of the food. RecommendedOMG This place is freaking amazing-everything from the amazing menu, art on the walls and even the restrooms! I just wanted to try everything on the menu. If I lived in Denver I would have to come here every week! Amazing seiten wings with vegan ranch-seriously yummy!! And that pickle plate satisfied my love of pickles.
