Having had a couple of friends recommend City O' City to me and having only heard good things about them, I was excited to try them out. Denver does not have a plethora of vegan restaurants. I was totally disappointed. There was a 45 minute wait for my husband and I to be seated. Since I was hungry, we ordered to go. I ordered the buffalo seitan wings with the sauce on the side. Best brunch I've had in months. Abundant plant-based options, crazy good waffles, and one of the best tofu scrambles around.
