This is an awesome place. It’s got a little bit of everything and the prices are everywhere so you can come with just a little bit of money or you can come with a lot of money and be happy when you leave. The thing that impressed me the most here though was the customer service. Scott who has work here for 18 years, help me carry my speakers out to my car that I got and he also appraised a diamond and two baseball cards. They are a really great group of employees that really work with people and the owners are awesome.
Tried to take Sapphire earrings in because jewelry is in the name. We got the sapphire earrings for $150, and were expecting at least $50-100, on account of them never being worn and are in good condition. They offered us $5-$10 for them. For authentic Kay sapphire. If you have "jewelry" in the name, and then don't accurately price jewelry, remove jewelry from the name of your store. But the person we spoke to was very nice about it!
